Godfrey Mary Paul Okoye, CSSp. (19 Disamba 1913 - 17 Maris 1977) ya kasance bishop na Cocin Roman Katolika a Najeriya. Shi ne Bishop na farko na Fatakwal, yana hidima daga 3 ga Satumba 1961 zuwa 7 Maris 1970. Bayan barin cocin Fatakwal, ya zama Bishop na Enugu na biyu, wanda ya gaji Bishop John Cross Anyogu.[1]

An haifi Okoye a ranar 19 ga Disamba 1913 ga Okoye Nwazulu da Ada Oji a Ifitedunu a Yankin Gabashin Najeriya, yanzu Jihar Anambra. Mafi yawan Rev. Dokta Charles Heerey, Archbishop na Onitsha, a ranar 27 ga Yuli 1947. A cikin 1950 ya zama firist na biyu na Igbo da aka shigar da shi cikin Ikilisiyar Ruhu Mai Tsarki .

Okoye yana da hannu dumu -dumu cikin abubuwan da suka faru a yakin basasar Najeriya, kuma goyan bayan sa ga Biafra ya tayar da damuwa tsakanin 'yan uwan firistoci cewa za a kai musu hari a Najeriya. Masanin tarihi Adrian Hastings ya bayyana Okoye a matsayin "shaho mai neman Biafra". A cikin 1977, kafin a yi masa aikin tiyata, Okoye ya lalata fayilolinsa na sirri wanda ke ba da cikakken bayani kan yaƙin.
